November 7, 2024, Morning Session - The first session of this year's IDMP celebration features the SMPRP Medical Physics Monthly Live Webinar. This brand-new episode will feature two engaging talks by renowned experts in the field of Radiation Oncology Medical Physics and Nuclear Medicine Physics.
Dr. Derek E. Hyde, a senior medical physicist and radiation safety officer at the British Columbia Cancer Agency – Kelowna, Canada will delve into the physics of stereotactic ablative radiation therapy, while Mr. Jae L. Inamarga, medical physicist & radiation protection officer at the Makati Medical Center, Philippines, will give us insights on how to put up a nuclear medicine & PET/CT center.
