One of the objectives of the Society of Medical Physicists in the Republic of the Philippines, Inc. (SMPRP), as the professional organization of Filipino medical physicists, is to promote and strengthen the medical physics profession by developing and disseminating scientific and technical information in medical physics and related fields. As such, the SMPRP will once again conduct its annual Philippine Conference on Medical Physics (PCMP) on May 27-28, 2023, at the Acacia Hotel, Muntinlupa City.

This conference aims to gather nationwide participation of medical physicists across different subspecialties. This will serve as a venue for participants to share their innovations through research, technology, and showcase of good clinical practice. Additionally, it aims to showcase Filipino medical physics research and innovation. PCMP also serves as a fitting opportunity to discuss the updates of the national regulatory bodies concerning the medical use of radiation.

FOR EXISTING AND PROSPECTIVE SMPRP MEMBERS, PLEASE SIGN-UP AND LOG-IN FIRST USING THE SMPRP WEBSITE BEFORE PURCHASING PCMP 2023 TICKETS. For outsiders and those who are not interested or qualified to become SMPRP member, please register/buy the "REGULAR (OUTSIDER)" or "STUDENT (OUTSIDER)" tickets.

ABSTRACT AND RESEARCH PRESENTATION GUIDELINES

Abstracts will be reviewed by the SMPRP Scientific Committee.
Papers must be original and previously unpublished.
Abstracts must be submitted online to info.smprp@gmail.com in*.doc or *docx format.

Registration and ticket acquisition for PCMP shall only be done through http://bit.ly/pcmp2023
Existing and prospective SMPRP Regular and Associate Members is required to sign-up first in the SMPRP website before puchasing PCMP 2023 tickets.
Existing and Prospective SMPRP Regular Members should only select the "Regular Ticket" for PCMP. Membership fee discount will automatically apply if you are already subscribed or has paid the membership fee through the SMPRP website before ticket acquisition.
Existing and Prospective SMPRP Student / Associate Members should only select the "Student / Associate Ticket" for PCMP. Membership fee discount will automatically apply if you are already subscribed or has paid the membership fee through the SMPRP website before ticket acquisition.
Non-SMPRP participants, students, and outsiders should select the "Regular (NON-SMPRP)" or "Student (NON-SMPRP)" for ticket payment.
Tickets and invoices shall be transmitted through email. The QR / Barcode will be scanned and checked during the onsite conference registration.
Participants are required to attend in smart casual or business attire.
